Because we are NOT a review farm, our platform offerings are limited to Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Agoda.

You will receive your first review within 24 hours.

Most of our clients receive 3-4 reviews per week. We analyze your trends and patterns and schedule the frequency of your reviews accordingly. For example, we would not start with 3-4 reviews per week for a company that has only been averaging 1 per week. Customers may find that unconvincing. In this example, we would start with 1 review per week, then over the course of the following month, gradually increase the frequency to reach your target frequency. (For our smaller and mid-sized clients, we recommend a maximum target of 4-6 reviews per week). If your company already gets daily reviews, then we can increase the frequency even more. It’s all about maintaining a track record of natural growth. Ultimately, the maximum number of reviews per week is up to you. We will inform you first if your target frequency is inadvisable and would void your guarantee.

Our unlimited replacement guarantee is available on all standard and premium packages. For a 50-review package, the guarantee covers you for 6 months. For a 100-review package (most common), you are covered for a full year. If any of the reviews we posted are removed during that time period, we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked. (The one caveat is that guarantees are voided if you choose to exceed our recommended frequency). Review farms usually only offer a 7-day guarantee because their chances of removal by the platform are high. However, we are NOT a review farm. We stand behind our reviews which is why we are able to offer such an unparalleled guarantee.

Platforms are always evaluating reviews, and if their algorithm determines that a review is suspicious, they may remove that review. Their algorithms may raise red flags immediately or months after the review was posted. The risk of review-removal is practically non-existent for DataWave customers since we use real reviews from real people. However, even legitimate reviews can, on rare occasions, be mistakenly removed. That is why we offer an industry-best guarantee. Also, unlike review farms, we will never remove your reviews to “incentivize” you into buying more reviews.

Yes! You can send us the written content that you want to appear in your reviews. Also, you can request specific staff member mentions and photos to be included for an added personal touch. Simply send us the information and/or the pictures you want in your reviews. We do limit the number of reviews that includes names and pictures to 40% of total reviews purchased in order to maintain authenticity.

Yes! We have a wide network of volunteer reviewers around the world. We can provide reviews from country-level all the way down to city-level.

No, DataWave is not a review farm. We don’t use AI, bots, or any other automated program or sweatshop labor to create your reviews. We have real people with real activity histories in our network.

Yes. While there are numerous laws and regulations penalizing a company for purchasing reviews, DataWave’s reviewers form an independent, uncoordinated network who operate with no compensation. You are neither directly nor indirectly paying for reviews. You are simply purchasing DataWave’s marketing services to advertise your company to potential reviewers. You are paying for exposure with guaranteed results, not reviews.
